The Lord is my light.

This morning, I had a revelation of someone walking between two very high walls. I don't know what the walls signify, but they are tall and they prevent the person from knowing what's going on outside the walls. It's like passing through a tunnel and not knowing what's happening on the outside, but in this case, it's two high walls.

As I reflected on this revelation, I realized that it represents a period of time when we have access only to what we already know. No new or extra knowledge is coming in, no new ideas are coming in, and we feel stuck with what we know.

I don't know who you are, but the word of the Lord for you is to keep moving. Psalms 23:4 (NKJV) says "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me."

Please do not say because you do not have access to other information you will stop moving. No, please. Don't stop.

The Lord says if you don’t see me, it does not mean I am not there. The passage we read says “I will fear no evil; For You are with me”. The Lord said I am the light you need. Psalms 27:1 (NKJV) says "The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?"

I don't know who you are, but you can declare this morning that you have the light you need. The Lord is my light. The devil has been harassing you because of the absence of new knowledge or new idea. Proclaim this morning that the Lord is your light and that's all you need. Wow, overcome that harassment this morning. The Lord is my light and that's all I need.

Wow. Congratulations to you. Colossians 2:2-3 (NLT) says "I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself. In him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."

The question is: do you have Christ? The scripture says in him lie all the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Isaiah 50:10 (NLT) says "Who among you fears the LORD and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the LORD and rely on your God."

Why did the scripture say you should trust in the Lord and rely on your God? It is because He is the light you need. Wow.

The Lord said I should tell you to focus on him. It is time for that harassment by the devil to stop.

The Lord is my light. We are outsmarting the enemy today. I see a possibility for the enemy to use the fact that new ideas have not yet arrived in certain things to get at us. But we speak ahead this morning. The Lord is my light. He is all the knowledge I need.

Lastly, we should remember that we are not alone on our journey. Hebrews 12:22-24 says "But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel."

You are by no means alone.

So, know today that the Lord is your light. He is all the knowledge and wisdom you need, and with Him by your side, you overcome any obstacle and harassment the enemy may throw.
